Firearms Shipping
Every firearm we sell ships exclusively to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice — never to a residence. We verify your receiving dealer’s license before any firearm leaves our facility, and every shipment requires an adult signature on delivery.
Your dealer completes all federally and state-required background checks and transfer processes. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your state and locality before ordering; if a firearm cannot legally transfer to you, standard return processing applies and outbound shipping is non-refundable.
Accessories & Gear Shipping
Non-regulated items — accessories, gear, and apparel — ship directly to you. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and rates are weight-based and shown at checkout.
International Orders
Firearms and regulated components are not available for international shipment. Export of defense articles is controlled under U.S. federal law. For non-regulated gear, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can ship to your destination.
Inspect Before You Accept
Inspect your firearm at your dealer before accepting the transfer. If anything is not right, do not accept it — contact us from the counter and we will make it right. Once a firearm transfers to you, federal law treats it as a used firearm, and any issue from that point is handled through warranty service rather than return.
Firearm Returns & Warranty
Firearms are not returnable after FFL transfer. If your Syndicus firearm ever has a defect in materials or workmanship, we stand behind it: contact us with your order number and serial number, and we will repair or replace it. Duty guns get duty-grade support.
Accessories & Gear Returns
New, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error — wrong or defective item — we pay the return shipping.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow up to four weeks end-to-end (return transit, our processing, and your bank), though most refunds land considerably faster. To start a return, contact us below with your order number.
Custom Work
Custom Cerakote and personalized work is made to order for you. Once production begins, custom work is non-refundable — we’ll confirm your build sheet with you before a single part is coated.
